Furthermore, you can also use the integrated HELP DESK system within OakTree Business Suite.
To fully use our support services, you can log in on our website.
Opening HOURS
The opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 08.30h to 17.00h
Fridays from 08.30h to 16.00h.

Clients with a GOLD subscription can also contact our help desk in the evenings until 23.00h and on Saturday and Sunday from 09.00h to 23.00h. However, you need to use the special phone number as listed on your GOLD subscription.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
By agreeing to the maintenance contract, you will enjoy the following advantages:
- FREE delivery of all updates (for your OakTree suite). Our software is continuously updated, not only for user friendlier improvements, but also for technical changes and/or legal adjustments.
- FREE support by telephone when using our software. During office hours, the help desk will assist you with your software and technical questions.
