Creating your balance and your results account are a standard option of OakTree Finance.

Unlimited number of administrations

With OakTree Finance you can set up three administrations. If necessary, this number can be expanded infinitely. OakTree Finance also supports the option of conducting Intercompany between the several administrations. OakTree Finance will automatically register your finances through current accounts between the several administrations. If you are working with separate financial administrations, then it is of course possible to examine and control each administration separately.

DEBIT STATEMENT

The rental branch is known for owning a lot of material. OakRent, through its fixed assets module, will automatically generate your debit statement. Your logs will automatically be forwarded to the correct company. Is your material the property of a Holding, then the user in one of the operating companies will not experience any hindrance. The financial transactions will automatically be logged by use of intercompany registration.

COST units and cost CENTRES

OakTree Finance gives you the option to use cost centres on various parts of the software. Rental contracts can be provided with a cost centre, after which various costs can be registered up to the smallest detail.

Budgetting

For each general ledger and cost centre you will have the option of monitoring your costs and turnovers by means of OakTree Finance’s budget guard. With extensive budget comparisons you will have the option to monitor your budgets throughout the year and make changes where necessary. The budgeting module also keeps seasonal influences and changing turnovers and costs into account.

Subhire AND PURCHASE CONTROL

Rental companies often rent equipment from other companies. In doing so, commercial deals are made. All these deals are registered on your balance as invoices still to receive when the goods arrive at your warehouse. Not only does this create an obligation, your interim finances are also automatically updated. Especially for freelancers and one-man businesses it is very easy to access the registration of hours and their invoices still to receive. Because OakRent’s rental module registers all amounts to the project, the financial administration, through this module, also has access to up-to-date finances. When the record of purchase is received, you can immediately check whether all the information and financial data is correct, after which it can immediately be linked to the project for another financial check.

AUTOMATIC BANK STATEMENT PROCESSING

OakTree Finance allows you to direct debit your debtors. It also allows you to record automatic payments to your creditors. OakTree Finance supports bank connections with most Dutch banks, amongst which are Rabobank, ABN-AMRO, ING-Bank, Fortys and SNS Bank but we have also experience with foreign bank applications like SAGE and Datev.

Subsidiary DebtOrS - CreditoRS

OakTree Finance offers the option of supporting your debtors and creditors completely. Besides access into open costs, OakTree Finance also offers the option of monitoring your debtors properly; this includes sending reminders and summations. Furthermore, the application handles registering payment plans and deals. Settling your invoices with your creditors is a standard option in OakTree Finance.

Credit checker

When you are using OakTree Credit Checker, you will have a reliable credit check in mere minutes. For a proper insight into your business relation’s credibility reliable information is vital. You can control your relation’s credibility on the basis of over 25 risk indicators. You will receive immediate insight into your relation’s payment behavior, credit limit, suppliers and relations. From your relation card you can directly ask for a credit report. In combination with the CC link you will have up-to-date data. OakTree Finance’s Credit Checker is FREE and a standard option. However, the reports are not free; these will be handled by means of a subscription. OakTree’s Credit Checker’s service is a service of Graydon and DUN & BradStreet. ADVANCES ADMINISTRATION

OakTree Finance takes care of recording and forwarding costs, including travel and stay expenses, lunch tickets, parking fees and other expenses. Expenses you incurred and want to forward to the project can also be easily recorded using OakTree Finance. All advances are clearly mapped in the project and it will guarantee a 100% correspondence with your costs. This way, forwarding costs will never be forgotten.

Advances
OakTree also supports sending one or several advance bills to your projects. These can be cleared and paid during the interim settlement of costs. The project’s taxes will automatically take place and OakTree Finance guarantees that your turnovers will be placed in the correct periods.
