The beating heart of OakTree Rent is its Projects and Contracts administration. Within OakTree Rent you can create an unlimited number of Contracts or Projects. A contract can exist from one, but also several projects. Every project can be fitted out with its own name and description by means of tabs that are easy to manage. You can also create and accept invoices per contract or even per project.

During the contract creation process you can opt to solely create a contract for invoice purposes or even if you want to check supplies and reserve them when adding materials.

TIMELINES AND TIME SCHEDULES

Apart from the fact that you can link an infinite number of projects and sub-contracts to a project, you can also provide each project with several timelines. This is very important when, for a project, you need vital materials for a short period of time only. With a separate timeline you can reserve these materials for a short period of time. However, the planning needs to take care of an extra transport for delivering and picking up these items.

Are you working with personnel or freelancers? In that case it is very useful to work with time schedules, as you can plan when they would need to be present at the project and what their tasks are.
