Studio AND EXHIBITION PLANNING

A special module within OakTree Rent is the Studio and exhibition planning module. Rental organizations that rent out studios, buildings or other locations and exhibitors that need to supply exhibitions with rental materials need tools to have an easy overview of the present materials at any location; an option provided by OakTree Rent. By simply clicking a location on the map you can start various functions in order to maintain that location. This way, you can see how many reservations are planned for a set period or which materials are available or reserved at that location. In short, OakTree Rent offers several methods for giving you a full overview of all your rental locations.
