Flexibel HOUR RATES

OakTree Business Suite provides the option to handle forwarding the booked hours in a flexible manner. This way, you can determine a fixed rate for each debtor or client for either all employees (per function, if necessary), per separate employee or by assigning clients to rate-groups. Possible examples are Large Customers Rates or Event organizations, etc.

Besides this, it is possible to link supplementary charges to the labor. For 9 to 5 rates, different supplementary charges can be linked than to evening work hours, night rates or weekend supplementary charges. No matter what you can think of, OakTree supports a large variation of rates.
