OakTree Office supplies a complete integration with your Office applications and OakTree Business Suite. From the OakTree CRM relations card you can send e-mails, letters, faxes, contracts, order confirmations or any other form of correspondence directly to MS-Office products (MS-Word, Excel, Outlook) with the push of a button. Every letter is registered under a unique registration number.

OakTree is completely integrated with Microsoft’s “engine”. There are no complicated macros necessary to collate letters and fields, instead it concerns true integration. Fields from OakTree Business Suite can be supplied with a “personal” label, which in turn can be inserted in MS-Word’s collated fields. Moreover, you can secure Word documents with OakTree Security. It is already possible to secure Word documents with passwords, but an average user can easily download decryption tools in order to access these files. Using OakTree Security Code, you can truly secure your documents and can record all sensitive and confidential documents in OakTree Business Suite.

Outlook CALENDAR AND E-MAILS

Control your projects in Outlook Calendar centrally? This too is not a problem. From your client folders or projects you can copy important dates directly into Outlook Calendar. Received E-mails can be directly added to your clients, projects or client folders. In doing so, you will never lose your important E-mails again as they are digitally stored in OakTree. Did your mailbox crash? Not a problem, assigned E-mails can be copied and secured with OakTree’s backup option.

MAILING SELECTIONS

Besides standard correspondence you also have the option of creating a mailing selection from your relations file. You can select all your relations that you have given the tag “Newsletter” or “Christmas card” and you can even filter by region or whether or not they have hired you in the past year. Make your selection and link the E-mail to it. With one push of a button, OakTree will get to work with your correspondence and will produce a mailing merge of hundreds of mails; never before has E-mailing been this easy.
