Besides OakTree Business Suite, which by itself already provides several financial modules, we offer a complete back office system tailored for accountants and administration offices. With this system it is possible to manage your complete personal administration and internal administration processes. OakTree Accountant gives the opportunity to create several client dossiers per client. Each dossier can contain year reports, excerpts and deposits. Moreover, you can also easily file all your client correspondence. Apart from these features, the system also provides for a very clear client financial statement with an extensive specification of labor hours, specific tasks you performed for your client and hourly rates. The system also allows you to flag activities that require specialist knowledge or need to be handled quickly. Furthermore, all hour statistics are updated automatically and you can edit your invoices directly with the built-in layout editor. OakTree Accountant watches over important periods of time in which deposits or appeals have to be made. A web portal is also provided for with which your clients can make salary agreements and/or apply or remove employees. You can offer this service so that your customer service’s effectiveness will increase.
OakTree medical

OakTree Business Suite can be expanded on with the OakTree Medical module; an integrated system for companies involved in medical service and supplies. OakTree Medical contains the agreements made by paying authorities – amongst which are medical insurance companies, health offices, health care institutions and municipalities. In doing so, OakTree Medical considers the legal norms, personal contribution and own excess in its invoice.

The OakTree Medical or business suite can be expanded on with the OakTree Rent module in order to rent out or lend out your medical equipment.
