the client is number one

Henk Eikelboom and Geert van Erven have only one goal with OakSoft: Make sure your customers are satisfied in such a way that they see no reason to look for different software solutions. There has to a certain ‘click’ or connection between both customer and supplier. Customer satisfaction has always been very good with both gentlemen. The way we see it, is that in the end the customer decides every entrepreneur’s success. The customer is always right sounds old-fashioned, but to us, still rings true.

we never lost a customer

You can be proud of many things; however to OakSoft’s directors there is only one result that both gentlemen can still talk about with pride: No matter where Geert van Erven and Henk Eikelboom have directed a company, they have never lost a client to the competition. Their group of clients has only grown and clients have encouraged other colleagues to make use of their services. By communicating in a clear fashion and following up on agreements as closely as possible, we are convinced that we give our clients the feeling that they are, together with OakSoft as their automation partner, responsible for perfect automation processes.

That is why our slogan is:
The challenge does not lie in raking in a new client, but in maintaining an important business partnership.

should something go wrong

It stands to reason that OakSoft is just a hard working automation partner. Things can still go wrong, but the question is how to handle this. There is a reason why people say that ‘a complaining customer is a customer for life’. Provided you listen closely to your users and take action where necessary in order to resolve the problem for both parties and, if possible, even to improve the situation.

Would you like to experience this ‘fancy talk’ in the flesh? We will prove to you that we make good on our promises as there are enough empty promises to go around. What is more, it was one of the direction’s principal reasons behind founding OakSoft in 2009, at a time when everyone told them not to due to the economic crisis, to decide to take the lead in bringing a new innovative automation solution on the market.
