Who doesn’t know him? Sjef Goesten, General Manager and owner of Party Rental 't Arendje from the Netherlands. Together with Manager/owner Bram Cobben he is responsible for one of the largest party rental companies in the Netherlands and together they have decided to put their automation into the hands of OakSoft. “After several Audio and Video Rental companies has chosen for OakTree Rent we started looking for a Party Rental company. The discipline and methods of Party Rental companies are different from those of AV-rental companies. Some examples of this are route lists, cleaning lists, deficiency reports and dry hire. We are very proud that one of the most important party rental companies has chosen to put their knowledge into OakTree Rent”, says Geert van Erven, General Manager of OakSoft.

 

Rental company First Love has chosen for OakTree Rent. Last week Timo Kerkhof and Geert van Erven, general director of Oaksoft, signed the agreements to implement the latest software for rental companies. After market research amongst software suppliers for AV-rental companies director Timo Kerkhof ran into OakSoft at the Festivak. “At first we gave a short demonstration at the Festivak. First Love was looking for new software and had spoken with several suppliers. After two comfortable demonstrations at their office in Capelle a/d IJssel ik was clear for them what OakTree and we stand for as company”, says Henk Eikelboom.

A new player usually gets a lot of extra attention. OakSoft was congratulated by the Prolight and Sound organizers for her presentation. Partially thanks to the 'RFid-Gate' OakSoft received a lot of attention from the visitors who were all very interested in the RFid solution OakSoft presented in combination with her software package. AV-Rental companies have been looking for the material management solution for years. So the fact that OakSoft is offering the OakTree RFid-Gate as a complete solution for an attractive price helped creating the first national and international contacts. Again OakSoft proved to be a new player to be reconed with.

Morten Bakke, owner and director of D’Light Norway and OakSoft director Geert van Erven have signed an agreement last week to an extensive cooperation between the partners. Where both are working on the implementation and development of OakTree Rent, D’Light will also become the first international Business Partner for the Scandinavian countries. Besides this OakSoft and D’Light have together spend a lot of energy working on the most modern software and RFid solution for AV-rental companies. The fruits of this cooperation will be shown at the Prolight+Sound in Frankfurt am Main, where the RFid solution shall be introduced.

After two years HVR Showequipment again decided to choose for the introduction of a new software system. The rental company from Ravenstein chose this time for OakTree Rent. After two elaborate demonstrations to the employees the team had become enthusiast to help OakTree make the application grow and become one of the most important players within the industry.
